Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Kayo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alister The Demon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kayo comes to the cage accompanied by Judith . The Demon has chosen Demon as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bubba Kayo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alister The Demon!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Demon misses the jab.
The Demon just misses with a punch to the body.
Kayo throws a right and a left that The Demon avoids nicely.
Kayo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but The Demon moves away.
Kayo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but The Demon circles away quickly and effectively.
The Demon defending well as Kayo loads up on a big left hand.
Kayo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kayo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
The Demon jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Kayo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kayo has a hand on The Demon's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. The Demon takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Alister The Demon dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kayo tries to bum rush The Demon with a series of wild strikes but The Demon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The Demon is looking to take a break and control but Kayo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Kayo has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. The Demon is working away from the top position though.
Kayo wants to improve his position but The Demon is controlling well.

Some bone on bone action there as The Demon checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The crowd cheers as Kayo lands an impressive looking overhand right. The Demon doesn't seem phased though.

and The Demon counters with a shoot takedown. Kayo fights it but they end up in guard.
The Demon drops back looking for a leg! Kayo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kayo manages to kick The Demon off! The Demon jumps back into Kayo's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kayo looking to hit a scissor sweep but The Demon is one step ahead there.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kayo has his foot on The Demon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. The Demon works his way back into a safe position though.

Alister The Demon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well The Demon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
