The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Saku rushes Boon Ta and presses him up against the ropes.
Boon Ta tries a knee to the head but Saku blocks it.
Boon Ta misses with a knee to the head.
Boon Ta takes an elbow to the forehead.

It looks like Pannoi Boon Ta has been cut.
Saku creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Boon Ta's defenses.

Boon Ta takes an elbow to the forehead.
Boon Ta wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Saku has him pressed against the ropes.
Saku gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Boon Ta has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
The referee is keeping an eye on Saku - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Saku is trying to maintain a safe position but Boon Ta gets an underhook and turns Saku into the ropes.
