The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tless keeps the fight on the outside.
Tless swats away the attempt to clinch by Mazarin.
Tless slaps away a takedown attempt from Mazarin, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Tless bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Tless is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Tless is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mazarin knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Tless lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mazarin down.
