Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Al Bundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tsatsu Gomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Al Bundy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tsatsu Gomi!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bundy as he jumps to the side.
Horrible takedown by Gomi or perhaps it was just good defense by Bundy which made him look bad.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gomi is defended easily by Bundy.
Al Bundy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tsatsu Gomi.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gomi.
Bundy has closed the distance and engaged Gomi in a clinch.
Bundy drops down looking for an ankle pick but Gomi pulls his leg out and moves away.
Bundy feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gomi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bundy manages to get himself to full guard.
Gomi is looking to advance position but Bundy has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Bundy wants to control from the top but Gomi keeps moving.
Gomi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bundy gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bundy seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Gomi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bundy.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Gomi isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bundy stacks Gomi on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bundy!

Bundy really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Gomi's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Al Bundy.
Well Bundy has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
