The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlyle tries to clinch there but Hussein circles away.
Carlyle connects with a right hand. Hussein shakes it off.
Carlyle misses with a hook.
Hussein shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Carlyle but Carlyle pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hussein doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

A decent looking cross lands there for Carlyle.

Carlyle drops Hussein with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hussein looks back up at him and smiles so Carlyle waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Hussein seems to have recovered his senses.

Oh but Hussein is tightening it up a little... Carlyle has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Carlyle reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Carlyle taps out! nice BJJ there by Hussein!
