Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jones Bocadillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diederick Christiaan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bocadillo's entrance music is "Replacement Killer" by Elephant Man. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bocadillo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Christiaan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Christiaan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Christiaan lands in his opponent's guard.

Christiaan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Bocadillo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Christiaan's guard.
Christiaan has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bocadillo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Christiaan wants to stand and escape but Bocadillo is having none of it.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Christiaan shoots in for a takedown but Bocadillo shows good takedown defense.

Jones Bocadillo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bocadillo thuds his right hand into Christiaan's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

The crowd cheers as Bocadillo lands an impressive looking overhand right. Christiaan doesn't seem phased though.

Christiaan shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

No luck for Christiaan with that takedown attempt.

Bocadillo sizes up Christiaan with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Bocadillo rushes Christiaan with punches - Christiaan moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Christiaan goes down! Bocadillo follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
