The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Aurelio was well out of range. Poor timing from Hoes.
Hoes swings for the body but Aurelio moves out of range.
Aurelio tries to clinch up but Hoes circles away and keeps his distance.
Hoes lands a head shot.
It looks like Marcos Aurelio has been cut.
Aurelio instigates a clinch.
Aurelio lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Aurelio throws a punch but it's blocked by Hoes.
Aurelio misses with a hook from the clinch.
Aurelio is trying to maintain a safe position but Hoes gets an underhook and turns Aurelio into the ropes.

Hoes fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Aurelio looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Aurelio darts in trying to clinch
enabling Hoes to counter with a crisp jab.
That has opened up Marcos Aurelio's cut even more.
Aurelio looks gassed!
Hoes circles away from the clinch attempt
letting Hoes counter with a right hand.
The cut above Marcos Aurelio's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Hoes throws a leg kick but Aurelio checks it.
Hoes just misses with a punch to the body.
Aurelio tries to clinch up
and Hoes counters with a series of strikes that sends Aurelio to the canvas! Hoes follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Aurelio is rocked!
Hoes stands up and waves to Aurelio to follow him.
That's five minutes gone in the round.
Aurelio darts in trying to clinch
and Hoes counters with a right hand that sends Aurelio tumbling to the canvas! Can Hoes finish him? He dives into Aurelio's guard looking to do just that!
Marcos Aurelio's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Hoes controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Aurelio is working an open guard so Hoes takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's six minutes gone in the round.
Hoes cracks a nice hook into Aurelio's ribs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Aurelio tries to move into range but Hoes moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Marcos Aurelio's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 6:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Boats Hoes!
