Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Severi Turpaansaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drottinn Hrothgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turpaansaaja comes to the cage accompanied by Bulls On Parade. Hrothgar has chosen The Howling Fjord as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hrothgar jabs at Turpaansaaja's body.
Turpaansaaja fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Drottinn Hrothgar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hrothgar tries to close the distance and clinch but Turpaansaaja swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hrothgar lands a glancing blow to the side of Turpaansaaja's head.
Hrothgar ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Hrothgar fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Turpaansaaja manages to avoid it.

Turpaansaaja throws a right hand that Hrothgar ducks under and follows up with a left that Hrothgar also avoids with ease.

Turpaansaaja closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hrothgar to the mat! Hrothgar manages to get full guard.
Hrothgar bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Turpaansaaja's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Severi Turpaansaaja.
