The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noessler tries to clinch but Jaffar is having none of it.
Noessler tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jaffar is able to avoid easily.
Noessler tries to close the distance and clinch but Jaffar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jaffar shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Jaffar is pressing down on Noessler's thigh, looking to free his foot. Noessler is holding on for now.
Jaffar moves into full mount! Noessler won't be happy about that!
Noessler has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Jaffar is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Noessler with him. Noessler is trying to defend but Jaffar has an arm under the chin now! Noessler grimaces and is forced to tap out!
