Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Macho Martel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martel's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Original Techno Viking. Ferguson has chosen Breaking Benjamin singing "You Fight Me" live for the crowd tonight!!!! as his entrance music. Kevin Ferguson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson motions for Martel to come forward. Ferguson throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Martel is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like Macho Martel has been cut.
Ferguson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Ferguson misses with a low kick.
Ferguson pivots, looking for a leg kick but Martel is out of range and Ferguson settles back down.
A bone on bone clash there as Martel blocks the leg kick.
Martel closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ferguson circles away.
Ferguson throws a low kick, looking for Martel's leg but Martel calmly moves out of range.
Martel dives in and grabs Ferguson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ferguson pushes down on Martel's head and hops out.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ferguson.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Martel feints and as Ferguson raises his hands in defense, Martel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ferguson tries to strike from the bottom.
Martel tries to free his leg and advance position but Ferguson is retaining full guard.
Ferguson will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Martel wants to finish this one by submission but Ferguson is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Martel.
Ferguson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ferguson is trying to reverse the position but instead Martel has taken his back - oops!
Martel keeps control of the position as Ferguson tries to break free.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Martel has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Ferguson is defending well but eventually Martel manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Ferguson has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
