Linkke tries to close the distance and clinch but Rivera swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A looping hook to the body misses from Linkke. Rivera does a little dance to reset his feet.
Linkke throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Linkke works over Rivera's head and body with a nice combination.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Linkke feints and then cracks Rivera's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rivera down.

Nice uppercut lands for Linkke. That snapped Rivera's head back.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Rivera! Linkke is out on his feet! Rivera rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Linkke is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Linkke is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
