Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Felix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Felix feints and then cracks Thompson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Thompson down.

Felix changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thompson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Felix swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Thompson is now in Felix's guard. A big mistake from Felix there, giving up the dominant position!
