Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nicke Wandor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yusuf Ameen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wandor comes to the cage accompanied by Jedi Mind Tricks - Deathbed Doctrine. Yusuf Ameen has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nicke Wandor's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Wandor!

Ameen is rocked!

It looks like Yusuf Ameen has been cut.

Wandor closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Ameen is still on wobbly legs! Can Wandor finish him?
Ameen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Wandor fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Wandor moves into the clinch successfully.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Ameen seems to have recovered his senses.

Wandor has hold of one of Ameen's legs. Ameen is fighting the takedown attempt but Wandor gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Wandor stands and throws Ameen's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Ameen tries to bench press Wandor off him but Wandor keeps the position.

Ameen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Wandor looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Ameen is trying to get back to half guard.
Ameen manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Ameen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Ameen looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Wandor pushes past his half guard into mount!
Ameen is squirming around, avoiding Wandor's attempts to control the action.
Ameen is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Wandor is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Ameen can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Wandor wants to control the pace but Ameen is squirming around nicely.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Ameen is trying to escape the mount.
Ameen swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Ameen is looking to improve his position but Wandor isn't that keen on the idea.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ameen looks gassed!
Wandor misses with a head shot.

Wandor is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Wandor fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Wandor lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Wandor throws a head kick that misses.

Wandor scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Ameen gets full guard.

Ameen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wandor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ameen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Ameen working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Wandor is trying to escape the mount.

Ameen swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Wandor is now in Ameen's guard. A big mistake from Ameen there, giving up the dominant position!
Wandor has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Wandor wants to control from the top but Ameen keeps moving.

Ameen isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Wandor stacks Ameen on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Wandor!

Ameen tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Wandor wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Wandor wants to control but Ameen is keeping him busy.
Wandor passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Ameen!
Wandor connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Wandor wants to finish this one by submission but Ameen is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Wandor.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ameen is working to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nicke Wandor dominated that round.

Wandor lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Ameen falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
