Cerag comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Giong down kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Michael Rourk could well score a knockout today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rourk shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cerag sprawls well. Cerag wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rourk gets slowly back to his feet.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Cerag looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rourk with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

and Cerag counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rourk's guard now.

Rourk escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cerag gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cerag's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Rourk gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Cerag throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rourk works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Cerag must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
