Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Mallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eder De Oliveria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mallon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Domination - Ezekiel Jackson. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Eder De Oliveria!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Oliveria shoots in but Mallon avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Mallon on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mallon tries to get out of the position.

De Oliveria has control of Mallon's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Mallon regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Dan Mallon will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Mallon fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mallon thuds his right hand into De Oliveria's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
De Oliveria shoots in and drives through. Mallon sprawls well.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Mallon here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Mallon's corner calls for a 1-2. Mallon obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Mallon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by De Oliveria.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Eder De Oliveria's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Mallon thows a left - swing and a miss!
Mallon connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent De Oliveria tumbling to the canvas! Mallon pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! De Oliveria was done - good stoppage!
