The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jury dives in and grabs Rigatoni's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rigatoni pushes down on Jury's head and hops out.
Rigatoni leaves Jury with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Rigatoni fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jury sprawls well initially but Rigatoni persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
