Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Death Demon III (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henrique Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Death Demon III had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Demon III shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Demon III showed some decent athleticism there.
Oliveira lands with a few short shots to the body.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Demon III goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Oliveira has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Demon III but great work by Oliveira.

Oliveira tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Oliveira has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Demon III tries to close the distance and clinch but Oliveira swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Demon III stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oliveira swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Demon III is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Demon III is working to tighten is grip on Oliveira's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Oliveira has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Demon III is really squeezing tight and eventually Oliveira passes out! Demon III breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
