PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mariusz Pudzianowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pate Moukari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pudzianowski comes to the cage accompanied by Vader-God is dead. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pudzianowski swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Moukari fails with the takedown.
Moukari has a takedown stuffed.
Pudzianowski swats away the attempt to clinch by Moukari.

Moukari is looking for a sweep. Pudzianowski is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Pudzianowski seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Moukari for as long as he can get away with.

It looks like Pate Moukari has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pudzianowski takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Moukari wants to hold on but Pudzianowski pushes him away.

That has opened up Pate Moukari's cut even more.
I really don't envy Moukari right now.

Moukari is having to fend off submission attempts from Pudzianowski, who is looking to sink in the choke. Pudzianowski doesn't have the hooks in though and Moukari manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.
