The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Vladimir Stepanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hansen wants to clinch up but Stepanov keeps it at a distance.
Stepanov swings for the body but Hansen moves out of range.
Hansen throws a right and a left that Stepanov avoids nicely.
