Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gor Keyman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vincent Zero is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gor Keyman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vincent Zero!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zero throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Keyman.
Keyman misses the shot to the body.
A shot to the body from Zero misses
and Keyman counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Keyman circles away from the clinch attempt
and Keyman counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Zero scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Zero trying to control the action but Keyman is working from the bottom.
Zero works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Keyman is trying to get back to half guard.
Keyman parries the strikes from Zero easily there. Zero is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Keyman to escape.
Zero tries to score with some ground and pound. Keyman controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Zero throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Keyman works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Keyman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Keyman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Zero misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Keyman.
A looping hook to the body misses from Zero. Keyman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Keyman misses with a head kick.
Keyman uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Zero.
A slow jab from Keyman misses its intended target.
Zero swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Keyman counters with an inside leg kick.

Zero scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Keyman manages to get to full guard.
Keyman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Zero is one step ahead there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Vincent Zero will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Keyman walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Zero checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Zero takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Keyman digs a good body shot into Zero's ribs.
Keyman shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Zero takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Zero throws a predictable looking body shot
and Keyman counters with a thumping low kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Zero checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Keyman is looking to land body kicks.
Zero tests Keyman's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Zero bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Keyman takes a swing at Zero's ribcage but misses.
Zero misses with a jab, cross combination.
Zero misses with a series of wild punches.
Keyman lands a right hook to the body.
Zero walks into a jab.
A combination from Zero does no damage.
Keyman dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Zero. That did some damage!

and Zero counters with a single leg into guard. Keyman didn't expect that.

Zero shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Keyman as he jumps to the side.
Keyman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zero was well out of range. Poor timing from Keyman.

Keyman throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Zero is breathing heavily.

Zero takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Gor Keyman is winning the standup battle so far.
Keyman dodges the punch combination from Zero.
Keyman jabs at Zero's body.
Zero avoids the body shot from Keyman.
Zero misses with a combination
and Keyman counters with a big head kick but Zero shrugs it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Keyman lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
A solid leg kick lands there for Keyman.
Keyman is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Keyman connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

It looks like Vincent Zero has been cut.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Keyman cracks Zero with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Keyman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Zero shoots in for a takedown but Keyman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Keyman.
Keyman lands with a thumping leg kick.
Keyman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Keyman fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Zero.
Keyman is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Zero takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Zero takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Keyman lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Zero at a distance.

Zero is rocked!
Keyman lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Zero falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
