Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Wazesky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Wesker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brandon Wazesky has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brandon Wazesky!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Albert Wesker!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wesker stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wesker wants it to stay on the feet.
Wesker fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Wesker shoots for a takedown but Wazesky saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Wazesky drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wesker is trying to control the position but Wazesky postures up.

Wesker has his feet on Wazesky's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Wazesky shoots and misses

and Wesker counters with a shoot takedown. Wazesky fights it but they end up in guard.
Wazesky is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Wesker stays in close to Wazesky's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wesker has gone for a leg lock! Wazesky slips out almost immediately though and dives into Wesker's guard.

You can see the frustration on Wesker's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Wesker manages to work his way to half guard, despite Wazesky's best efforts.
Wesker is not content to let Wazesky control the position.
Wazesky is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Wazesky is looking to work some ground and pound but Wesker has wrist control.
Wesker looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Wesker has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Wazesky is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Wesker bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wazesky's guard.

Wesker works over Wazesky with some ground and pound from guard.
Wesker wants to control from the top but Wazesky keeps moving.
Wesker postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Wesker throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wesker slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Wazesky is breathing heavily.
Wesker works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Wazesky drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Wesker gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Wesker wants to get back to his feet but Wazesky is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Wesker will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Wazesky wants to control from the top but Wesker keeps moving.
Wesker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wesker is on top in guard.

Wesker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wazesky keeps working.

Wazesky stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wesker swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Wesker controls Wazesky momentarily but Wazesky frees himself.
Wazesky looking to sit in guard and control but Wesker gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Wesker is looking to take a break and control but Wazesky is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Wesker seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Wesker slows the pace down in half guard.
Wazesky is looking for a sweep. Wesker is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Wazesky wants to get back to full guard but Wesker has passed into side control.

Let's hope that Wesker has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Albert Wesker just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wazesky stuffs the takedown.

Albert Wesker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wazesky is trying to control the action in half guard but Wesker is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Wesker pushes Wazesky off and gets back to his feet.

Wesker has managed to clinch.
Wesker wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Wazesky drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wesker pulls his leg out and moves away.
Wesker shoots for a takedown but Wazesky saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A combination from Wesker does no damage.
Wazesky moves out of range of the body kick.

Wazesky shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wesker counters with a low kick, right behind Wazesky 's knee.

Wesker drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Wesker happy to just control the position for now.

Albert Wesker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Wesker winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
