Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Maik Valua!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valua tries a low kick but JONES avoids it.
JONES misses with a jab, cross combination.
Valua defending well as JONES loads up on a big left hand.
Valua throws a combination. JONES tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
JONES throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Valua counter with a right hand.
JONES misses with a wild body shot.
JONES misses with an uppercut. Valua saw that one coming.
Dan JONES seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valua lands a lovely overhand right.
Valua stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
JONES slips a straight right by Valua.
JONES misses with a jab to the body
and Valua counters with a straight right hand.
JONES rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Valua moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
JONES throws a hook but Valua blocks it.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Valua and JONES goes tumbling to the canvas! Valua follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
JONES is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
JONES wants to get back to his feet.
Oh JONES is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

JONES seems to have got his legs back now.
JONES might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Valua is looking to take a break and control but JONES is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Valua seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
JONES gets full guard.
Valua really doesn't want to stay on the ground with JONES. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Despite being in the dominant position, Maik Valua just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Valua takes a swing at JONES's ribcage but misses.
Valua is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Valua attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
JONES waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Valua.
A looping hook to the body misses from JONES. Valua does a little dance to reset his feet.

JONES lands with a nice combination. Valua backs away looking to recover.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

JONES stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Valua.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Valua catches JONES with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Valua throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
JONES stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Valua.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Valua lands a hook that stumbles JONES back into the cage. Valua follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping JONES to the canvas! Valua pounces and lands several unanswered shots - JONES has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
