Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jukka Purjo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flavius Aetius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Purjo.
Aetius has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Purjo.
Purjo lands a head kick. Aetius smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Purjo looks to land a left hand but Aetius moved out of range nicely.
Purjo tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Aetius walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Aetius shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Purjo defends it nicely.

Aetius changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Purjo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Aetius tries for a kimura but Purjo is defending well.
Aetius tries to score with some ground and pound. Purjo controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Purjo pushes Aetius away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Aetius gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Aetius is staying tight to Purjo's torso, preventing him from escaping.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Purjo is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Aetius asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Aetius thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Purjo is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Aetius has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Aetius shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Purjo but Purjo pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Aetius takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Aetius closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Purjo to the mat! Purjo manages to get full guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jukka Purjo.
I think Purjo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
