Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between diego evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sultan Von Allih Carim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). evans comes to the cage accompanied by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyAMXEyQ2o8. The crowd seem to be enjoying Carim's choice of entrance music: Walk by Pantera. diego evans could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sultan Von Allih Carim's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sultan Von Allih Carim!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
evans takes the fight into the clinch.
Carim looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Carim trying to stall but evans improves his position.
Carim is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Carim is pressed up against the cage. evans has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Carim down to the mat. Carim avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
evans throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Carim was covering up waiting for the punch and evans finishes the takedown easily into guard.

evans stands and steps away. Carim gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

evans tries to score a body lock takedown but Carim shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Carim wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
evans escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

evans shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
evans goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Carim turns into him and now he's in evans's guard.

evans is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Carim to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Carim shrugs it off.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

evans is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
evans forces Carim back against the cage and clinches.
Carim using the Thai plumb to throw knees but evans has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

evans's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Carim circles away from the clinch attempt.

and Carim counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Carim can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as evans is looking to escape.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Carim sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed evans's guard.
evans is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sultan Von Allih Carim has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

evans is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Carim's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Carim's back!
