Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Kobolovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Feer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sergei Kobolovski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Josh Feer!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, John Roberts and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kobolovski thuds a left hand into Feer's body.
Feer looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Feer throws an elbow but it misses.

Kobolovski has clasped his hands together around Feer's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Kobolovski breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kobolovski throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Kobolovski as Feer shoots in.

Feer has Kobolovski pressed against the cage, preventing Kobolovski from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Kobolovski gets control of Feer's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kobolovski will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Kobolovski is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Feer defends well.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Kobolovski wants to stand and escape but Feer is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Feer has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Feer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kobolovski tries to avoid it but Feer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kobolovski to the ground. Kobolovski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kobolovski throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Feer stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kobolovski lands with an uppercut that bounces Feer off the cage and back into rage.
Kobolovski fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Feer gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
