The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rush closes the distance and clinches up with San, looking for a takedown. Rush pushes San against the cage but San circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rush avoids the head kick by San.
San misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
No joy there for San, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Some wild striking there from San.
San works over Rush's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Max Rush has been cut.
