Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edin Begovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Doherty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Begovic kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kvelertak - Fossegrim. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doherty closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Doherty is looking for a kimura but Begovic is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Doherty to get the leverage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Begovic throws a head kick but Doherty moves out of range.
Doherty fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Begovic avoids it really well and circles away.
Doherty closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Doherty lands in his opponent's guard.
Doherty would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Doherty throws and elbow that misses. Begovic uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Doherty's guard. Nice move by Begovic!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's time! Begovic's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Edin Begovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Doherty takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Hank Doherty comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
