Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donal McGuire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Donal McGuire was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but McGuire swivels and escapes.

Hardy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McGuire's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hardy is looking for a sweep. McGuire is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
McGuire wants to pass to mount but Hardy is defending the position.
