The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutger looks to land a combination. Silva sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Miguel Silva has been cut.
Russ Rutger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rutger throws a leg kick that misses.
Rutger connects with a good right hand that stumbles Silva. Silva circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Silva is rocked!
Rutger throws a nice looking combination but Silva bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Silva is still on wobbly legs! Can Rutger finish him?
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Silva tries to get into range but Rutger steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Silva! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Rutger scores the big KO victory!
