Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between biggi toss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vadim Leonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leonov has chosen Red october as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for biggi toss has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
toss throws a head kick that misses.
Leonov throws a lazy right hand but toss sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Leonov on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Leonov walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. toss checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Leonov is defended easily by toss.

toss really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Leonov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Leonov makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
toss is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
