The fight stays on the outside here - Maximus looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Maximus lands a big head kick that sends Reese tumbling to the mat! Maximus takes a step backwards and waves Reese back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Thaddeus Reese has been cut.
Maximus wants to clinch.
Maximus tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Reese paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Maximus pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Maximus throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Maximus throws a head kick but Reese moves out of range.
Reese throws a head kick that misses.
Maximus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Reese closes this distance looking for a takedown but Maximus circles away.

Maximus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Geasus Maximus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Maximus circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Reese drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Maximus follows Reese to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
