Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Willis lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Willis swats away the attempt to clinch by Silva.
Willis scores with a decent looking hook.
Willis shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Willis gets slowly back to his feet.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Willis checks a leg kick.
Willis tries to score a power double leg takedown but Silva sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Willis somewhat.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Willis.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Willis takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Silva is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

I really don't envy Willis right now.

That was a close round but I would say that Carlos Silva will probably get the nod.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Willis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Willis manages to reverse the position and now he's in Silva's guard. Nice work there by Willis.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
