Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Howell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymond Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams has chosen Bajaga - Moji drugovi as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Raymond Williams told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howell works over Williams's head and body with a nice combination.
Howell throws a right hand that Williams ducks under and follows up with a left that Williams also avoids with ease.
Williams shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Howell as he avoids it easily.
Howell lands a right hook to the body.
Howell lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Howell throws a head kick but Williams moves out of range.
Williams closes the distance and clinches up with Howell, looking for a takedown. Williams pushes Howell against the cage but Howell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Williams is trying hard to land a takedown here. Howell sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Josh Howell is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
