Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Tnornhammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fighting Baby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baby has chosen Ole Ole Ole Ole Ole Ole Ole as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Eric Tnornhammer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Fighting Baby!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, John Mangel and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tnornhammer fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown by Tnornhammer or perhaps it was just good defense by Baby which made him look bad.

Tnornhammer scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Tnornhammer is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Baby knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Baby wants to control but Tnornhammer postures up.
Baby holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.
Tnornhammer throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Tnornhammer looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Baby is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
You can see the frustration on Baby's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Baby really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tnornhammer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Baby avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Tnornhammer.

Tnornhammer thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Tnornhammer wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Baby, who protects the arm well.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Tnornhammer is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Baby has escaped the position, nice work there.

Tnornhammer tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tnornhammer has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Tnornhammer is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Baby is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Tnornhammer is breathing heavily.

Baby tries to buck Tnornhammer off but Tnornhammer is having none of it.

Tnornhammer tries for a kimura but Baby is defending well.
Tnornhammer misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Tnornhammer tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tnornhammer has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Baby thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tnornhammer's head.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Tnornhammer shoots and misses
enabling Baby to counter with a crisp jab.
Tnornhammer gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Baby makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eric Tnornhammer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tnornhammer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Baby counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Baby works over Tnornhammer's head and body with a nice combination.

and Baby counters with a single leg into guard. Tnornhammer didn't expect that.
Baby postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Baby wants to get up but he can't break Tnornhammer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Tnornhammer pushes Baby off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Tnornhammer doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Baby counters with a shoot takedown. Tnornhammer fights it but they end up in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Baby looking to sit in guard and control but Tnornhammer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Baby is adopting a defensive guard.

Tnornhammer drops back looking for a leg! Baby is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Baby manages to kick Tnornhammer off! Tnornhammer jumps back into Baby's guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fighting Baby showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Baby lunges at Tnornhammer with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Tnornhammer's hand.
Baby throws a right hand that Tnornhammer ducks under and follows up with a left that Tnornhammer also avoids with ease.
Tnornhammer doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Baby counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Baby throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tnornhammer stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Baby throws a one two combo.
Baby closes the distance and lands a one-two.


Tnornhammer is rocked!
Tnornhammer uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Baby.
Oh Tnornhammer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tnornhammer slips a straight right by Baby.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Baby has cracked Tnornhammer with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Baby lands another huge swinging hook and Tnornhammer tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Tnornhammer, before Baby can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Fighting Baby!
