Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between david miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Booze Hound (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, david miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Booze Hound!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
miller tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hound is looking to clinch but miller is avoiding it.
miller lets loose with a powerful body kick. Hound will feel that in the morning.

Hound shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
miller has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

miller has his feet on Hound's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

and Hound counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Hound is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so miller is just riding it out for now. Hound eventually gives up the hold.

miller is not content to let Hound control the position.
miller pushes Hound off looking to stand but Hound dives back in and keeps control.
Hound is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Hound trying to control from half guard but miller is working away.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
miller preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
miller is breathing heavily.
Hound is keen to just control but miller is a slippery customer.
Hound thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed miller's head.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Hound fails in his attempt to clinch.

Hound rushes miller and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hound wants the takedown. miller is fighting it off but Hound persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in miller's guard against the cage.

Hound seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Hound slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Hound in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Hound stands up.
miller clinches but Hound breaks the clinch

and Hound decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in miller's guard.

miller is trying to keep Hound in close.

Hound keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of miller's head.
Hound missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Hound slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Hound's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Booze Hound dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Hound fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

and miller counters with an inside leg kick.

Hound takes the fight into the clinch.
Hound wants to break free but miller has control.
Hound stalling in the clinch.
Hound stops a takedown attempt from miller.
Hound leaning his opponent against the cage.

Hound pulls guard successfully.
Hound wants to sweep here but miller controlling him for the moment.
Hound striking off his back but it's not causing miller any problems.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hound controls miller momentarily but miller frees himself.

miller trying to control the position from guard on top but Hound is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Booze Hound has got the better of the ground game so far.

Hound is looking for a triangle but miller pushes his legs off easily.
Hound controlling the position.
Hound looking for a sweep. Not yet Hound, not yet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Hound shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in miller's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hound pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. miller is keeping the position for now.
Hound really doesn't want to stay on the ground with miller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hound would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Hound is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Hound is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Hound drops back looking for a leg! miller is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and miller manages to kick Hound off! Hound jumps back into miller's guard.

Hound tries to free his leg and advance position but miller is retaining full guard.

Hound controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Hound stands and throws miller's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hound remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Hound stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Hound looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for miller!

Hound gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
The fight stays on the outside here - Hound looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
david miller is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Hound shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hound was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Hound is landing with some decent strikes but miller is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Booze Hound showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!



Hound forces miller back against the cage and clinches.
miller gets underhooks to prevent Hound's takedown attempt.
Hound changes levels and goes for a takedown here. miller fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Hound decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on miller, up you get!

Hound changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. miller looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
A lull in the action here.

Hound tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Hound is looking to take a break and control but miller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

miller is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hound asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
miller prevents Hound from moving into mount.
miller is not content to let Hound control the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Hound shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
miller is staying active underneath Hound, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Hound controlling the pace.
Hound is trying to control the action in half guard but miller is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Hound thows a huge punch but miller dodges it nicely.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hound scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Hound fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with miller, pushing him back against the cage.
miller tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hound smiles and moves away.

miller gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hound to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Hound won't allow miller to get back to his feet.
david miller has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Booze Hound is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Hound is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

And that's the end of the fight!
Booze Hound comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hound has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
