Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Alan Procter Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jason Sheppard!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheppard keeps the fight on the outside.

Sheppard throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Procter Jr was covering up waiting for the punch and Sheppard finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Procter Jr keeping moving, preventing Sheppard from controlling successfully.
Sheppard is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Sheppard throwing strikes but missing.
Sheppard wants to control from the top but Procter Jr keeps moving.

Procter Jr is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Sheppard with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Procter Jr is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Sheppard trying to control but Procter Jr is working from the bottom.
Sheppard working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Procter Jr's head.
Sheppard slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Procter Jr keeping full guard, as Sheppard tries to pass.

Sheppard with a flurry of punches that miss.
Sheppard wants to get up but he can't break Procter Jr's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Sheppard postures up.

Procter Jr throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sheppard's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Sheppard must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Sheppard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Procter Jr swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Sheppard in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Sheppard stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Procter Jr has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Sheppard manages to get his head free but now Procter Jr has transitioned to an armbar! Sheppard grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Procter Jr! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
