The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaminson throws the kick towards the body but Gandhi avoids it.
Gandhi fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Gandhi shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

You get the feeling that Jaminson really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Jaminson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gandhi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jaminson is bucking up trying to escape but Gandhi cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gandhi breaks from Jaminson's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Gandhi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
