Mokoena cracks Nunoz with an open hand slap.
Nunoz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Mokoena moves into the clinch.

Mokoena pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Nunoz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Mokoena shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Mokoena seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nunoz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Mokoena decides to stand and escape the position.
No joy there for Mokoena, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice sprawl there from Mokoena as Nunoz shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ken Nunoz. That's going to take a lot out of him.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mokoena lands with a big right hook that stumbles Nunoz - he's out on his feet here! Mokoena follows up with another monster hook that separates Nunoz from consciousness! Nunoz falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Mokoena stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
