The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Choji slips a jab and a cross from Kasvo.
Kasvo tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Choji is able to avoid easily.
Choji tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kasvo swivels and escapes.
Kasvo misses with the combination.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Choji.
Choji fails with a takedown attempt.
Kivi Kasvo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Akimichi Choji.
Kasvo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Choji.
Kasvo leaves Choji with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kasvo tries to bum rush Choji with a series of wild strikes but Choji uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Choji shoots in for a takedown but Kasvo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Choji shoots in and drives through. Kasvo sprawls well.
Choji avoids a punch combination nicely.

Choji looks gassed!
Kasvo bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Kasvo grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Choji takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Kasvo cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
