Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shannon Bannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Neder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shannon Bannon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Derek Neder!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bannon misses with a series of wild punches.
Bannon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Neder circles away quickly and effectively.

Neder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Bannon keeping moving, preventing Neder from controlling successfully.

Bannon pushes Neder off and gets back to his feet.
Bannon looks to land a left hand but Neder moved out of range nicely.
Bannon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Neder.
Neder takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like Derek Neder has been cut.
Neder displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bannon throws out the jab.

Neder darts in and clinches Bannon up against the cage.
Neder has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bannon is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Neder tries to break free but Bannon pushes him back against the cage.
Neder drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bannon tries to circle away but Neder has him pinned against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Neder tries to score a body lock takedown but Bannon shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Shannon Bannon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Derek Neder.
Bannon is trying to break the clinch but Neder is controlling him.

Neder is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bannon can't fight it off and eventually Neder manages to take the fight to the floor. Bannon looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bannon pushes Neder off and gets back to his feet.
Nice defenses there by Neder.
Bannon looks to land a combination. Neder sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bannon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Neder.
Bannon lands a glancing blow to the side of Neder's head.
Shannon Bannon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bannon lands a big uppercut and Neder crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Neder looks OK. Bannon waves Neder back to his feet!
Bannon connects with a nice cross there... Neder is looking wobbly and Bannon recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Neder to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Bannon jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
