Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Slim Shadie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikael Koskinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mikael Koskinen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koskinen shoots in looking for a takedown. Shadie tries to sprawl out of it but Koskinen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shadie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Shadie lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Shadie bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Shadie decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Koskinen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Shadie is trying to control. Koskinen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Shadie has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Koskinen should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Shadie has tightened it up now! Koskinen should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
