Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Malky MacDonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikko Rask (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rask closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Rask is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. MacDonald can't fight it off and eventually Rask manages to take the fight to the floor. MacDonald looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
MacDonald is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Rask cracks MacDonald with a solid left hand.
MacDonald tries to land a sweep but no joy.
MacDonald preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

MacDonald pulls Rask in to control the position.
Rask sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed MacDonald's guard.
MacDonald avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Rask.

Rask decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
MacDonald avoids the head kick by Rask.
Rask tries to clinch but MacDonald is having none of it.
MacDonald fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rask avoids it really well and circles away.
MacDonald is breathing heavily.
Rask scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Rask scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. MacDonald doesn't seem bothered though.

Rask shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
MacDonald throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Rask works his way into side control.
MacDonald can't do much from the bottom here.
