Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damon Pierce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Al (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Al has chosen Overkill as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Mr Al enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Al. No joy for Pierce on that attempt.
Pierce misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Pierce shoots in for a double leg but Al sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Al connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pierce. Pierce circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Damon Pierce has been cut.
Pierce shoots in for a takedown but Al shows good takedown defense.
Al stuffs the takedown attempt from Pierce. Pierce gets slowly back to his feet.
Good work by Al as he checks the leg kick.
Pierce takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Pierce throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Al's waist but Al gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pierce off to one side.
Al throws the kick towards the body but Pierce avoids it.

Pierce shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Pierce was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Al controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Al is posturing up here but Pierce has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Al tries to roll out but it's too tight and Al has to tap! Slick submission there by Pierce!
