Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Hover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Guerrero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jesse Hover!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hover keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Guerrero shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hover as he jumps to the side.
Guerrero will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jesse Hover has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Guerrero.
Guerrero shoots in and drives through. Hover sprawls well.
Guerrero looks to land a combination but Hover avoids it well.
Guerrero is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Guerrero accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Guerrero throws a big right hand that misses.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hover is trying to control the position but Guerrero postures up.

Guerrero got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hover has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Guerrero has managed to get both his arms back between Hover's legs - danger averted.
Guerrero stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hover swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Guerrero lands a jab to the head.
Hover tries a head kick but it misses.
Hover is breathing heavily.
Hover throws a head kick that misses.
Hover avoids a kick to the body.
Guerrero tries to clinch but Hover moves out of range.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Guerrero closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Guerrero wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hover keeps working.
Hover tries to roll over but Guerrero keeps him under control.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Guerrero is looking to advance position but Hover won't allow it.
Guerrero is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hover defends it well.
Hover could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Guerrero trying to advance position but Hover counters by regaining guard.

Guerrero passes Hover's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Guerrero is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hover is just riding it out for now. Guerrero eventually gives up the hold.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Guerrero looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Antonio Guerrero showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Hover slaps away a takedown attempt from Guerrero, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Guerrero closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hover circles away.
Hover thows a body kick. Guerrero tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Guerrero working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hover doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hover manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Jesse Hover has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Antonio Guerrero is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Guerrero uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hover has time to react.

Guerrero changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hover looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Guerrero is staying tight to Hover's torso, preventing him from escaping.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

I would just about give that final round to Antonio Guerrero.
Well Guerrero has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
