Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryu Hoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enzo Cordero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Enzo Cordero is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cordero misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hoshi.
Hoshi moves in looking to clinch but Cordero pushes him off.

Hoshi decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Cordero has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hoshi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Cordero looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hoshi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Hoshi feints and as Cordero raises his hands in defense, Hoshi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hoshi wants to pass the guard but Cordero is keeping the position.
Cordero is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Hoshi frees his head nicely. Oh but Cordero has switched to an armbar! Hoshi is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
