Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sam Wilkinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Hero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hero has chosen No shelter - Rage against the machine as his entrance music. Christopher Hero acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Christopher Hero!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Wilkinson with that takedown attempt.

Hero throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Wilkinson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hero is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Wilkinson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hero for as long as he can get away with.

Christopher Hero has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Sam Wilkinson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christopher Hero.
Wilkinson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wilkinson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
