Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Arlovski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Loki Andersen!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arlovski looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Andersen tries to close the distance and clinch but Arlovski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Andersen tries to clinch but Arlovski moves out of range.
Arlovski slaps away a takedown attempt from Andersen, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Andersen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Arlovski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Arlovski stops Andersen from getting back to his feet.
Andersen wants to control but Arlovski is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Andersen is refusing to be controlled, as Arlovski sits in half guard.

Andersen has one foot on Arlovski's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Andersen shoots in but no luck this time.

Andersen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Andersen misses with a wild combination.
Arlovski keeps the fight on the outside.
Arlovski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Andersen is fending him off so far but Arlovski persists. Nope, Andersen circles away and we're back to standing.
Arlovski fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Arlovski. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Andersen misses with a wild combination.
Arlovski throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Andersen's head.
Arlovski connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Andersen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
No joy there for Andersen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Andersen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Andersen looks gassed!
Andersen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Arlovski is fending him off so far but Andersen persists. Nope, Arlovski circles away and we're back to standing.

Arlovski rushes Andersen and presses him up against the cage.
Arlovski fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Arlovski keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Andersen's efforts to push away.

Arlovski works on Andersen's body with a couple of short punches.
Arlovski avoiding damage as Andersen throws knees to the body.

Arlovski pulls guard effortlessly.
Andersen's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Andersen pushes down on Arlovski's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Arlovski is trying to stand back up but Andersen is controlling him

Andersen is looking for a kimura here.
Andersen thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Arlovski wants to control but Andersen is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Arlovski tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Andersen is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Arlovski!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Arlovski tries to hold on but Andersen pushes him away.

Andersen is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Arlovski has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Arlovski tries to reverse the position but Andersen maintains control.
Arlovski is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
BOOM! Andersen connects with a massive shot to the dome!
