Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kosovo Hardcore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leon Leobotas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leon Leobotas told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Leon Leobotas!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Konstantin Menshow and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardcore shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Leobotas but Leobotas pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Leobotas shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Leobotas works his way into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leobotas pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
It looks like Kosovo Hardcore has been cut.
Leobotas is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Hardcore goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Leobotas!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Leon Leobotas!
