The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Roiccuu is defended easily by Johnson.
Vehceet Roiccuu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Johnson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Johnson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Roiccuu is squirming around, avoiding Johnson's attempts to control the action.

Johnson goes for an armbar but Roiccuu turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Roiccuu.

Johnson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Roiccuu pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Johnson is keeping the position for now.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson wants to sweep here but Roiccuu controlling him for the moment.

Johnson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Johnson is looking for a kimura but Roiccuu is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Johnson to get the leverage.
Johnson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Johnson moves into full mount! Roiccuu won't be happy about that!

Johnson moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Roiccuu has worked his arm free - good work by Roiccuu!
Roiccuu takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Johnson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Roiccuu has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Johnson but great work by Roiccuu.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Roiccuu is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Johnson's half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Roiccuu thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Johnson to regain full guard.

Johnson has control of Roiccuu's left arm, preventing Roiccuu from doing any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roiccuu trying to stand up but can't free himself from Johnson's guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Johnson has control of Roiccuu's left arm, preventing Roiccuu from doing any damage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Vehceet Roiccuu showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Johnson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Johnson prevents Roiccuu from improving his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson is looking to stall here but Roiccuu recovers full guard.
Johnson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Johnson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Roiccuu is trying to escape and Johnson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Roiccuu is forced to tap! Nice work there by Johnson! Very nice indeed!
