Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hewood Jablowme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Itof Meyachev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meyachev is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Pussy by Rammstein. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Meyachev shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Jablowme is not content to let Meyachev control the position.
Meyachev is controlling the pace.
Jablowme is looking to escape.

I looks like Meyachev might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Meyachev's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Itof Meyachev.

Jablowme misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Meyachev shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jablowme's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Meyachev tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jablowme sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Meyachev somewhat.

Jablowme misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Meyachev drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jablowme manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Meyachev has Jablowme in his guard.

Meyachev escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jablowme gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jablowme got a little sloppy there for a moment and Meyachev has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jablowme has managed to get both his arms back between Meyachev's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Meyachev working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jablowme doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jablowme manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Jablowme sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Meyachev's guard.

Meyachev bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jablowme's guard.
